Introduction of a new House

In my narrator plan i want to introduce a new house by the initiative of a mad Elk duke whose explorers found strange animals on a near arcipelagus: the Peacock, with the correspondent new Virtue, Opulence. What do u think of my idea? This new house will have also the right to use YELLOW things (peacock has yellow in their tails), they will corrupt the senate for this privilege in my future plans.

I thought Opulence as new virtue becouse of the magnificence of the peacock tails. My players this evening having seen the first fresco representing this strange birds have "noted" that they have their beak done like a trumpet... Madness sound good now, and fascinating, some suggestion on the effect of this virtue? (non logical thinking, prophecy, influencing spectres...)
