I waffled on the maneuvers too, but there are players (like me) who won't remember the specific circumstances for some of them.

Everything noted thusfar, folks. Keep 'em comin'.

Don't forget to toss out anything you'd like to see in the quick reference doc. We're going to leave this thread open for suggestions until Monday, Jan 5, at which point we're going to start figuring out what all should be included, what might be too wordy, and what's too obscure to need to be in a quick reference doc.

Fire up those suggestion generators, people!

I'd like a quick add-on for character generation that rolls up the mechanical uses of each Virtue. Players are asked to prioritize their Virtues at character creation and will be stuck with them permanently, but unless they've read the full rulebook, they may miss some of the reasons to choose one over another.

Examples (those that are off the top of my head):

Beauty
Risk in social persuasion situations
Rating influences Romance Potential
Risked in duel of Insults
Courage
Risk whenever danger or embarrassment might be an issue
Cunning
Risk for perception
Wagers define perceived facts
Prowess
Risk for combat awareness
Strength
Risk for physical combat
Wagers inflict Wounds
Wisdom
Risk for knowledge
Wagers define known facts

That's likely to be covered in the Character Generation blurb, provided we include that.

However, you're not stuck with your stats. When a character changes age categories, (Spring to Summer, Summer to Autumn, etc), they may juggle up their stats to reflect the changes that the previous phase of their life had on 'em.

They can? I missed that part completely... What section is it in? o.O;

So, they can go from Strength 4/Beauty 0 to Beauty 4/Strength 0...? That seems a bit... odd...

End of the Seasons chapter, somewhere around the 'End of the Year' segment.

The only part I'm not clear on, is whether or not you're allowed to shuffle around your weakness and your House Virtue.

So, basically, the reference doc will end up with pretty much all the rules condensed into one concise and neat little PDF? Available for free??

All the stuff that one could reasonably need to look up on a regular basis during the course of a game session, but that's my understanding, yes.
