Do you want to start playing a wasp sometime in the next 4 or 5 months?

If you are interested, contact me. I'm going to be migrating to narrator, so Elena's arc is ending sharply. Her story will become part of your backstory. I'll be making a write-up of what you saw as part of your blooding ceremony, what you remember of the Wasps of old, and as part of her guard. I will also be talking with anyone interested next game, but in case you can't make it to the LARP, we can talk online as well.

either PM or email me. paintscribe at gmail dot com

Wasp's Virtue is Harmony.
Harmony is the ability to work together. It allows a Wasp to give style equal to their harmony to another wasp. Or half their harmony to a non-wasp they are working with.

There will be a maximum of ten wasps to start.

and, if you get the house unveiled, you can work together with other wasps and exchange your harmony for other virtues ;-)

What what what?! Who the huh the where?

Is this something house rules-y to the AZ LARP only?

Is this something being added to official HotB cannon?

It's official Cannon. And they're bad-ass. YOU would love them Fairyglass. Seriously. If there was anyone I know that would be an awesome Wasp player, it would be you. Seriously. You should PM paintscribe.

For clarification notice: I think ALL of the Houses are bad-ass. I LOVE all of the virtues. Each one is awesome in it's own way. :)

You may not know this, but you can go back and change your vote for your favorite House in the Favorite House Poll (YOU HAVE VOTED IN THAT POLL HAVEN'T YOU!?!?), and I think I've now voted for every single House at least once. :) Some people might say that I am partial to Elk or Serpents, but that's because those two Houses are EASY for me to play. But really I love them all. I have about ten million ideas for every single House. Poke me sometime and ask me about character ideas for a House and I'll start flooding you with them. You'll regret it. ^_^

I am REALLY confused how this works? Since, uh, you can give anyone any amount of Style you want anyway? Or do Wasps have some sort of limitations on how they can handle, and thus spend, Style? Or is this more a PM question? And when/where will we see any sort of official documentation on this House?

Representin' the Sunshine State. ;-D

It counts as their Virtue tag. So they can spend ONE style and give their Harmony amount for the risk/contest.

And just to try to add a little more light to it, think of it as having a romance with someone. You can spend your harmony when they're in a contest as if you were the one in a contest.

This is interesting.

Curious to see the write-up all the more now!

Yes, what Astelle is saying. In a typical risk, a ven can't just hand style to another to help the other ven accomplish a risk.

Say my cousin is trying to discover who has been putting that nasty rumor on his back. Since we have been working together, I can choose to assist him and hand him style to use on his risk.

This is a house straight from John's hand. We're still figuring out the best way to release it to general purchase. It may be a 10 page PDF wasp only, or be included in one of the upcoming houses books. I'm leaning towards the first one, since it means the PDF will be out sooner. ;-)

If you want to send me your email, I'll include you in my email about waspiness.
