Improving Prowess

So, two ideas on improving Prowess-

A) Allow Prowess Risks to reduce or eliminate the cost of adding Tags to scenes. Each Wager on the Prowess Risk reduces the Style cost of Tagging a scene by 1.

B) Allow Prowess to be used when determining someone's Aspects. Cunning is still used to conceal them.

If by tags you mean scene aspects, then sure, 1)'s fine. Prowess already does something similar with Advantages, but boosting that up a little's always good.
2)'s how I usually do things, aspects like swordsman and other combat aspects are determined with prowess. I think that's how they encourage you to do things when they describe the virtue.
