Style and "self-Compels"

A character can compel his or her own Aspects. I assume that this neither costs nor yields any style (essentially this is *paying* 1 Style to compel and *receiving* 1 Style for being compelled). Am I correct?

Compelling your own Aspects should prompt the Narrator to offer you a style point. It's important to make it clear and use the phrase, "I compel my Aspect ... and do ..."

This also gives other players the opportunity to learn the Compel as well.
"Sparrow, I'll call you back. I've just gutted a man with a shard of wood and I need to make sure he's dead... I think you're right, Sparrow. I am a bad, bad man..."
