Turns out my stupid ass didn't need to drive all the way to Kinkos. I could have just used their online tool... like I just did.

So, to print 1 copy of 436 pages at 8.5x11 in black & white, double sided, comb binding with vinyl covers, its going to cost around: $44.23

I'm planning on getting a copy printed with a few extras. Adding in the Reference sheets at the end, covers, Chapter tabs... etc.

Now, what would it run to simply load your home printer with toner, print all the odd pages on one side, all the even pages on the other, and then take it to Kinkos to have them do the binding for you?

Not sure. Ink for my printer is damned expensive though. It all depends on how much paper\ink will cost you.

I tend to print any pdfs I buy on my work's printer, at least, half on that, then print the other side on my home printer. This, I do at half-size (A5 here in England, not sure what the American size would be), then get tiny ring binders so I can have nice, mini RPG books.

I printed the HotB pdf at work using the nice 'booklet printing' option from adobe reader, then stapled the small booklets individually.

I can't wait to actually buy the book... Just...
